This weekend I installed the aft side flashing on my CH 650 canopy and went ahead and riveted the turtle deck as well.

I hope you don't mind if I ask you for a little advice.
I almost finished the canopy.
What material to use for the front canopy (aft side) flashing? I am talking about the plastic/metal band that is attached to the front canopy and sits over the aft canopy.
If it is metal, it will require a special cut. A simple aluminum 1,5" wide band won't work.
How did you do it? At least in your pictures it looks very nice.
