The beanie is almost completed. The windshield curves smoothly to the top, the rest of the roof is sheet metal going down with the airfoil shape

I completed the mod today by fabricating small fairings to front/back wing roots.  The plane is ready for test flights but the weather is very poor right now and we only have 3 more days left before the ground period unless we agree something else with the insurance company.

It is quite possible that we fly next time around February - March

The CH701 profile looks quite different. It will be interesting to get your impressions of any changes to your flight characteristics.
