brake mounting plate problem
The CH601-HD brake mounting plate should have a 5/8" hole to accommodate the axle - but the ones I have, were made with a 7/8" hole (Matco says the ones with the smaller hole were discontinued).
The solution was to add a sleeve (ID 5/8, OD 7/8), and a larger tube as the spacer.
