Hi Ron,
Nope ! The trim stuff is 3M Graphic film (50-483 - Dark Red). It is made for car stencil and really easy to work with.
It is CHEAP if you know where to get it. Come in a number of colors too. I wanted to use the red paint I got but it was just too messy with the stripes and nasking tape and all.
Sky white paint is with my HVLP gun - very nice and easy.
