"L" were riveted 40mm spacing with the UHMW attached by 3/16" stainless counter sunk head bolts using every other hole on the outside "L" only. (80mm between bolts). A row of A5 counter sunk rivets on either end of the ski and around the wheel opening secure the 1/4" UHMW to the ski .063 ski bottom.

I used a nyloc nut on the bolt./
They are a tapered Phillip's head bolt. Counter sunk into the UHMW plastic, just below flush with the surface of the plastic.
Bob, On the 3/16 bolts, are they a tapered collar below the head? They must be taperd or it would be to deep a hole to countersink a bolt head?
