Well... Still working on the whole flanging die thing but we had made one of the "female" dies already. I held it in place while hitting it with the rubber/plastic hammer going around the circle slowly. I'm still not 100% sure if I will form the complete rib (as shown) or cut the nose off as Roger has suggested. I may try to make another one and decide.
