Vineyard Landing Marlborough New Zealand
My first landing in a real small (for me) space - the headland on a vineyard part owned and managed by my son. It looked so small from the air but I barely needed a third of the length. A great confidence booster!(Taken on my way back from Cape Campbell as per my previous photo set)

Great picture. Small off "airport" strips can be the most enjoyable part... you gave up good looks and high airspeed to get those features. "Enjoy" :>)

hi jock - how long is that vineyard strip? just trying to get a handle on what others feel comfortable with.i will feel more confident when i get some brakes sorted i'm sure. cheers, Colly. (zk-JRT)
