Not sure, I think I picked up a package from Harbor Freight. It is the 10 pack and I am using the medium metal, I have cut some .063 and have 5 of the 8 flaperon arms cut with it still cutting very well. I am going slow, so that may be helping but I am not using wax or anything on the blade.
I must not have the right kind of blade for my jigsaw. Aluminum chips are always getting welded to the blade. I use a scroll saw for rough cutting 0.063 or thicker aluminum. I put wax on the blade and on the line that I'm cutting. I steal the wax from the citronella candle.
Oh, I was suppose to put something on the blade? I did not know. I used a fine metal cutting blade and just put slight pressure on the jigsaw and let it slowly work through the aluminum. I did not have any problems cutting it.
What do you put on your blade to keep aluminium from melting/fusing to the blade?
