Thank you, I think the pictures make them look a little better then they are, I do not think they look as good as factory, but I they are good enough to fly.  I live 70 miles out of town, so I have not looked into a waterjet cutter company.  I have had some parts sheared in town and will have the wing skins sheared, also we have a place that does some machine work for the ranch that I have taken a few parts to be bent to and will have them do some fabrication for me, they do great work.  They have a CNC plasma cutter, but said I would need to have the CD with parts info to cut or it would be pretty expensive for them to trace it out.  Luckily I do not have many parts to make, so I will just take my time and do it by hand.

I'm soory Jonathan - what I meant was - have you thought about finding a local company with a water jet. I have many parts made with my local water jet company. car parts, plane parts, home items. Its not that expensive if you have that kind of access. At the same time - your parts that you are making look great. Nice job!

I wish!!  I only have eight of them to make, so a jigsaw it is.  I will have to do quite a lot of filing, but if I could afford a waterjet then I might have just bought a complete plane?  Besides, this way is so fun, the plane and I are coming closer together.
