This support was originally riveted to the skin, but fastening (or unfastening) that screw was a pain.
The solution was to (1) fasten the support to the tube and then (2) add a nutplate and fasten the support to the fuse skin.
The rivets are not attached to the support - the holes in the support are wider than the rivets, and they are only used to align the support (besides plugging the holes left on the skin).
