Blythville AFB
The opposite of STOL. KBYH is the former Blythville AFB or later Eaker AFB or now Arkansas International Airport. That is 11,600 ft x 150 ft wide concrete used by loaded B-52's until it was closed in 1992. You can see the alert ramp (Christmas Tree) at the south end where B-52's sat ready to go 24/7. I got a lot of taxiing in looking around the ghost town.
