Sure is, very happy with it so far. I was about to spend way too much money on a Delta when a woodworking friend of mine showed me his 555. Has a pretty good fence, the cast iron table is very flat, no problems with blade tracking. I've not run any aluminum through it, I bought a cheap craftsman 9" off of craigslist for that kind of work.

Is that a Grizzly g0555 bandsaw in the shop? we just orderd on at work for our wood shop. should work good for cutting out forms
