Reassemble Rib Cage - Horizontal Stablizer
Reassembled rib cage with the damaged ribs. Have ordered replacements and will use them when received.

Hi Don, the "L" you see was my attempt to repair the original rib, a technique recommended by Caleb at Zenith. I wasn't pleased with the result (the technique wasn't at fault, only my skills at metalworking) so I decided to replace them all and cut out molds to avoid the same mistake again. I had similar damage to 3 of the four center ribs so replacing them seemed a better option. I'm happier now that I have taken this approach!

Hi David; misery loves company...I managed to damage one of the horizontal stabilizer ribs on my 601XL just as you have. Are you going to go with the 'L' angle repair or replace them? I had assumed I'd have to replace it, but if the L repair is acceptable I may go that route.
