Here's shot of progress to date. That's a temporary cooling baffle on my Corvair to use during engine breakin and to facilitate easy inspection and timing adjustments. I have about 2.5 hours on my Corvair to date. Yesterday (3/12), with the help of a friend, I ran my Corvair to full static RPM (2700) and adjusted the timing with a timing light. Now that timing is set I can re-install the nosebowl and cowling.
