Hi Clint, so far everything worked out well. I was a little freaked out when the cabin frame didnt fit right. I purchased the cabin frame from Zenith because it is the focal piece of the airplane. and the uprights are over an inch too long. I emailed Caleb at Zenith and he said they make them long so you cut them to fit. He said it was detailed in the photo guide but not in mine!! so anyway we are back on track. I am very pleased the way it is coming together in spite of the drawing errors now and then. Glad you enjoyed the pics. I posted them so others may benefit. I am a phone call away if you ever want to talk airplane building!
Looks great Bruce!! Have all the rivet lines on the side skins worked out per the plans? I've looked ahead in the plans (probably not a good thing to do) and have some worry about pre-drilling the lines in the side skins for 75F7-6 and for locating the exit points for the flaperon controls, joining the forward and rear together looks like an activity where I would wear out a tape measure double checking things before drilling! Thanks for posting the pictures!
