Good Point on the OSB, but this shop, converted double car garage, is dry, insulated and actually climate controlled. In addition the OSB is actually 7/16 and I am using multi layers. I learn in the past from my RV build that at some point I may need to replace the top or even add another layer. Just me I guess..
