Single Seat CH701 from IRAQ
My friend from IRAQ is VERY intelligent and resourceful! He is scratch building a SINGLE SEAT CH701 (as you can see the rudder pedals). Two notes of interest: 1 - it is very tough to construct an aircraft in IRAQ due to tribal/government conflicts as this is being done undercover. Finding parts and materials is not easy. #2 - He is the first builder I have seen create a single-seat 701. We all know the 701 flies so much better with only one occupant - but why fly crammed into a small seat? His design allows the full width and comfort of a centered seat. Brilliant!
