Hi Heinz,

I know, the PSRU unit is very nice. I bought it with the reworked Subaru engine as a complete firewall forward unit (including starter, alternator and carburator).

Works real good... I saw it run for a good long while and it was so quiet...I'll let you know when we fly. If you want the name of the gentleman that made it, let me know.

Hi Nelson,

Yes, I think it came from a Aerostar van like truck... Should be plenty cool. No thermostat...I was told it was a BIG NO-NO on airplane. The guy I bought the Subaru reworked engine and PSRU said to NEVER put a Thermostat...

Normand is this an aircondition evaporator that you are using here as an radiator ???

does it provide enough cooling for the engine ??
