Depends on how much effort & time is required to lift the CH750 to install the floats. If it takes too long I will probably leave the CH750 on amphibian floats and fly a Citabria 7ECA on skis (something different) for the winter. If I retire and winter in Arizona, I can still fly my CH601HD on wheels between float seasons.
Thats not bad at all. Will you leave them on all year and then go to snow skis?
Estimated weight is approx. 100 lb / float. Remember you still have tires & brakes while your "on floats".
Thats one nice float! Do you have an estimated weight for both when finnished?
