Aaron:  I found several of the same problems with my 750 right at the ed 2-3 version.

I found that many of the ribs were bent wrong, and many of the baggage department pieces had the bend in the wrong place.  This is one reason for all the issues with warpage on the air control surface pieces.

With regards to the seat underpans, I had to move the bend a bit.  Zenith does not give a dimension for the overall width of the fuselage at the junction of the rear and forward pieces.

Their match hole does not work there in my version of the kit.  I told Zenith about this, about the flap motor bracket mount misallignment, I see you had the same issue, and the rear torque tube degree problem.  I assumed they would have corrected this.  But don't know.

Had the same problems with the root wing surfaces that go over the upper skylight and around the nose.  They were the first production pieces for edition 3 and were totally off base.  I used the originals and then made new ones in less than a 1//2 hour apiece.  No prob.

They offered me new metal but for 10 bucks of sheet aluminum, I declined.

So some times, you have to try to figure where the problem is and correct it.  Takes some thinking and time, but that is what makes it fun.
