Zenith 750 Cruzer, Matching the windshield

January 11, 2026Trimmed windshield to match the cabin frame.Started building an avionics tray.The windshield goes right over the rivets in the front skin. I will ask Zenith if it is ok.My kit has a wide instrument panel, and it does not match the drawings I have. December 10, 2025Installed the elevator piano hinges safety wires.Measured and drilled the header tank post.Removed and measured the flapperon pull rods. The Zenith supplied threads are 10 mm too long.See More

Zenith 750 Cruzer, Attaching elevator control cables

November 28, 2025Added cotter pins to the control cable supporting rollers.Attached the elevator top and bottom control cables. Safety pins installed.Set the right wing trailing edge. Pay special attention to the angle supporting the fuel tank from behind. I quite forgot about it.When installed the trailing edges on the left wing the inbound trailing edge had a higher angle of attack than the outbound trailing edge. Trimmed windshield to match the cabin frame.

Started building an avionics tray.

The windshield goes right over the rivets in the front skin. I will ask Zenith if it is ok.

My kit has a wide instrument panel, and it does not match the drawings I have. Because of this, it is not clear how the C75N1-5 Windshield Side Trim Support should be installed.
