All control rods have too long thread. I cannot screw the rod end up to the end. I cannot make the top edge of the flapperon bellcrank horizontal. The threads are about 10 mm long.…

Drilled and temporarily attached flapperons.
To make the flapperons counterweights lighter I decided to drill hoes in them.

Added cotter pins to the control cable supporting rollers.
Attached the elevator top and bottom control cables. Safety pins installed.
Set the right wing trailing edge. Pay special attention to the angle supporting the fuel tank from behind. I quite forgot about it.
When installed the trailing edges on the left wing the inbound trailing edge had a higher angle of attack than the outbound trailing edge. I removed the trailing edges and tried again…

Drilled the holes in the upper part of the struts. Tried to fit the struts. The right wing attachment is too tight to fit by hand. It is too tight even without the strut.
Asked Zenith.
The slot in the part C75W7-4 is too tight. I cannot fit it with hands. I looked at the conference. Some people say to file the male part a bit and polish it. What is the right way to fit?

Aligned and realigned the wings. I used a laser level. It is easier to work with than a string.
Drilled the rear spars. The distance to the spar edge looks reasonable.
