Zenith 750 Cruzer, Attaching elevator control cables

November 28, 2025Added cotter pins to the control cable supporting rollers.Attached the elevator top and bottom control cables. Safety pins installed.Set the right wing trailing edge. Pay special attention to the angle supporting the fuel tank from behind. I quite forgot about it.When installed the trailing edges on the left wing the inbound trailing edge had a higher angle of attack than the outbound trailing edge. November 12, 2025Drilled the holes in the upper part of the struts. Tried to fit the struts. The right wing attachment is too tight to fit by hand. It is too tight even without the strut.Asked Zenith. The slot in the part C75W7-4 is too tight. I cannot fit it with hands. I looked at the conference. November 4, 2025Aligned and realigned the wings. I used a laser level. It is easier to work with than a string.Drilled the rear spars. The distance to the spar edge looks reasonable.See More
