bought the plane!!
I have bought the plane - it is a tailwheel model, however. Am patiently learning how to land it - have about 7 landings with the prior owner so far and am reading The Compleat Tailwheel Pilot by Harvey S. Plourde. I think it may be a while before I feel competant but anyone who has a tailwheel 601XL is free to give encouragement!
