I have 151 hours on my 750. on a warm 80 degree day I will get about 205 on climb out,
and normal about 190 to 195. the only cutting I did on the cowling was to clear the exhaust pipe. Make sure to seal around the input cowling and the water radiator so as to force air to go though radiator

Elmer,
I will be happy to share my experiences during the building process. Hopefully this will be of some help to you.
You will likely get a lot of advice from the folks on this site. Questions are best posed accompanied by pictures.
If the 750 plans are like the 701 plans, the detailed instructions taper off to nothing as you begin installing cowls, doors, engine, systems, seats, etc..
As I built, I messed up and reordered a few parts. Sometimes you have to go ahead in order to see how it "shouldn't" be.
It is amazing how you achieve instant clarity only after you have drilled in the wrong place..
