Interesting, about the movie Purple Mind and all. Looks like you made it in 2011? I retired as the South Wasco County resident deputy sheriff in 2009 and my wife went to work for the Carvers in their wool business in 2011 or 2012, (Imperial Yarn), now sold and operating as Farm to Finery, in Tygh Valley where my wife still works for them. Quite familiar with all the Carvers.

Hi Eric,
I'm not that far away, just over the hill in Maupin. Perhaps we can get together sometime. So far I've just got a few skeletons ready for riveting, waiting for non-freezing weather so Zenith can ship my Cortec. I intend to lengthen the wings, do the beanie mod, go with VG's instead of slats, and add stiffeners to fuselage & top wing skin. I plan on using Cont. A65 for power. Right now researching how to lengthen the wing spars, reinforce, etc.
