Hello,
My name is Mr. Michael Mccarthy, I have contacted you before without any response from you. Please replied if you receive this message. I have something very important to discuss with you, I have a vital information to give you. Could you please get back to me on (mmichaelmccarthy4@gmail.com ) for full details.
Michael Mccarthy.
Floyd,
I got your msg about the DFW group meeting. I hope yo attend (either date) and forwarded the msg on the Doug Boggs since I wasn't sure you had him included ... Hope to see you then.
Floyd,
Still interested in making a Ft Worth Area Zenith Builders Group meeting. Also, Doug Boggs (Ft. Worth 701 builder) is back in town after the holidays. He's interested too. You can reach him at Doug@DougBoggs.Com
I found a good Corvair engine to build since your last email... 3 years ago. I have two others that are not buildable, but have taken apart for the experience before doing my "real" one. Your engine looks sharp! How many hours do you have logged on your Corvair conversion?
Thanks for the friend request. Based on the photos, things are looking good. Give me a call on the weekend or any evening and we can discuss the training. (918-840-2200)
Here’s some more information on the training. I plan on charging $100 per hour dual (that’s wet) and $20 per hour for ground training. The ground rate will applied to pre-flight and post-flight briefing time. I’m trying to keep my rate about the same as dual for a C-150 but it’s not easy. It’s hard to believe that fuel alone is running about $30 per hour…oh well, we just have to get used to that. However, because I expect some training to come from a distance, I’ll put trainees up at my house for no cost. I have a unique separate bedroom and bath for a guest that really works well.
Regards
Earl
Floyd, I would love to meet with ya'll. I live in Burleson and commute back and forth to San Angelo, TX where my father and I are actually building the plane. Give me a call sometime. 817-995-0874, or jdw@rvservices-tx.com.
I'll try and get some of the pictures from this week posted. Had some interesting issues with my kit, plans, instructions etc. Fun and Games, // Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
John
