Hi AllIf my research is correct, it would appear that there is a sort of "grey area" concerning the use of AS5 rivets. My finishing kit came with 103 AS5 rivets and I am going to spend the day…Continue

How's your build coming? Regards to you family.
Hello Ken,
I just returned from my Harley trip to Sturgis and this is the first time I've been able to get on line. Saw your pics and looks like your really moving fast on your build. I've finished my workshop, bench and new trailer and can't wait to go to open hanger in September and pick up the rest of my kit. I'll post pictures as soon as I figure out how.

Kenneth,
I envy you your hangar. I outgrew my 2-car garage shop and had to move my 701 beast to a local boatyard. 20' ceiling and door BUT: no power (I have a generator); 12' wide (luckily I opted for the 701 folding wing ... terrible design); 4 miles from my home.
Hangar space in North Texas (Dallas area) is scarcer than hen's teeth ... 3 year waiting lists and EXPENSIVE. I'm currently looking at purchasing a few acres and building with a garage/workshop/hangar.
