Hi Jim
Given your professional background, what is your personal impression of all of this. Have you experienced any flutter with your aircraft and have your cables always been tensioned to Zeniths specs? Do you think that the wing rib that supports the bellcrank is adequetly stiffened to keep constant tension on the cables?

My aircraft is also a quickbuild but with a 650 canopy. I to have used the Jab 3300 engine, as it is manufactured 1&1/2 hours north of my home, I thought it would be the best choice. I also have the Jab USA FWF kit with the ground adjustable prop.

Hi Jim
Thanks for your response.
The wing tip and mass balance weights are youtube videos and were posted as links below the pushrod pics but here they are again. It is very interesting that Zenith have seen these mods so it is nothing new to them.

Hope this helps
