Hi Derek,
Working on a list with checkboxes from Chapter 635 appendix B + C. Stay tuned.
I used to do it off the top of my head but everybody get older and forget. So, I decided to write a list down. Will provide ASAP if you want it .
Regards,
Norm
Hi Derek,
Lots of 701s are flying with the Rotax 912 (80 hp) with good results. The name of the game is : how much does your PLANE WEIGHT ??? The prototype of the 701 flew on 56 hp a long time ago... The Rotax 912S (100 hp) is also used with good results and it puts out 100 hp only at full speed/rpm...
So check your W&B and do the maths.
Regards,
Norm
