Alighend the wings dihedral.
Cut the struts to the size. I used a hack saw.
Drilled the top ends for the attach points.…

Zenith 750 Cruzer, Drilling the wing back spar.
November 4, 2025
Aligned and realigned the wings. I used a laser level. It is easier to work with than a string.
Drilled the rear spars. The distance to the spar edge looks reasonable.

Made the instrument panel prototype from cardboard.
Drawing pictures or moving small pieces of paper over the panel helps but it is not the same.
More than one version was required.…
