Im thinking about making 3 - 4 sets of flange dies for the ch750.  They will be made out of 1.5 inch thick uhmw.  This is a very hard plastic that is used in cutting boards, skid plates and fake ice skating rinks and a million other things. I guess what im getting at is, would anyone be interested in buying a set of these for 150.00 bucks.  They will be made on a metal lathe and be machined to the specs (or really close to the specs) in the manual.  Not trying to make a killing, just thought some one out there might want a set, and I could recoupe some cost of material which is freeking spendy.  Whatda think?

Hey Gary.  I think your right about the flange die business.  I think that I will go into production within a week or so.  I have to fork out about 500.00 buck to get the half sheet of uhmw.  I'll plan on making a set for ya.  Thanks for the order!

Jesse,

Looks like you may have a flange die business in the making.  I'd be down for a set if you don't feel overwelmed yet.  I'm building a 750 also.  Let me know if you think you'll have time.

Thanks, Gary

Hi there Thomas.  I am currently ordering uhmw.  It will be a few weeks until they are done ( I have a lot of orders so far) I will make them in the order they were requested.  Im very excited to make them and I belive they will work very well.  I will add you as a friend, when you find out what size you need let me know.  Also the price of 150.00 includes 4 dies.  If you need more than four it will be an extra 37.50.  Thanks for your order.

Hi Keith.  Yea just let me know what sizes you will need.  Im gonna make a set first to see if they hold up before I sell any.  I gotta belive they would be stronger than the wood ones that Im using, but I want to test them before I sell anything I havent tried myself.  When I get them done I will post a video of me  testing them in my flange press.
