Does anyone have plans for a cradle for two wings while I finish the fuselage? I am a kit builder since I do not have the capability of independent building or construction.

Yes I used the same type of strap and modified to 9 ft for the Cruzer wing.

Charles did a excellent job on the wing cradle build. Can I recommend the installation of straps to keep the wings suspended - in other words to keep from touching the wood frame?

This is what I used to build my wing stand. Modified the length to 9 Ft.  My wings made it safely across country from Oklahoma to Washington state.

Thank you, I am scheduled to become a member of one or two EAA chapter beginning  1/17. I definitely need some adult leadership. One of my old friends used to describe the difference between the National Guard and the Boy's Scouts as the presence of Adult Leadership

Greetings from Idaho,

Have you thought about contacting your local EAA Chapter? I'll be that they have one or two that they would be willing to lend.

Check out the Homebuilt help tip #21 Link to tip archive and the materials list Link to Materials List.  I built a slightly different version with a stand for each wing that allows me to hoist them up to the ceiling.  I could post that information if it will help someone.
