Cut out the spar web doubler today. Used a dremel saw and smaller dremel tool to do the cuts on the .063 thickness aluminum. Went through a number of cutting wheels!! Also measured and cut out the upper and lower spar caps. Now I need to find a bending brake to take care of the 90 degree bends for the spar tips and doubler. Maybe I can build one.

Hello David, I did my spar web doublers as Clint did. I was a little nervous but my brake held. I am "thinking" of building the same brake but a 3-4 foot version with a heavier hinge for the heavier materials. I also insert a 1/4x1 1/2" piece of aluminum with a 1/4" radius to bend against, if I build a smaller heavier brake it would just be radiused for 1/4".
