So while I await an answer from Zenith on my "elevator issue", I have moved on to other areas in the project. Can someone that has been before me help me with this. I am wiring the panel using the Composite Design Mini panel. Everything from the primary bus, and the avionics bus has been pretty simple. 18AWG does the trick for all these low draw items. I need help with the gauge wire needed for the other items. Master switch to battery relay, alternator switch to control, and back to the primary bus, battery relay, through the ammeter to the primary bus, starter switch to starter relay, and what about the two main connects on the Composite Design power panel. I know these take 1/4 bolts through the lugs, but this wire must be large.
If anyone has a diagram, or can link me to one ( hey, if I was building a RV, there's tons on information out there) please let me know. I'm sitting here very frustrated with both the elevator issues, and a lack of basic wiring information for the 750 series.

Matt,
Are you familiar with FAA Advisory Circular 43-13 Acceptable Methods document? Anyone building an airplane should have a copy for reference. It is available for download for free from the FAA.gov website. Chapter 11, and figure 11-2 in particular, will give you conductor sizes based off wire length and volts/amps.
Good luck,
Dave
