Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Bought my kit in 2008 or 2009, but never built it. 11 years later, two moves, a broken back, a broken rib, four surgeries and another soon to come, we now live in an airpark and my hangar is finally going up. Of course, if I had a trophy case, it would be full of gold medals for procrastination, but we can overlook that for now. Should be building fairly soon if my medical status allows. My wife says after all we've gone through to get here, she'll kill me if I don't build this plane. So there's some motivation for ya. God, I love her.

And I forgot to say thanks for all the comments.
She's not all that keen on flying unless it's very smooth air. She just hates wasted time, expense and effort. As David said, she's definitely a keeper, especially when you consider it'll be 40 years this June. Of course, she says she's got far too much time invested in training me, so we couldn't possibly break up now and waste all that effort. Like I said, she hates wasted effort. And I need her to help me keep from having too many of those procrastination medals for that trophy case. Also doesn't hurt that I'm crazy about her. But I guess that's enough non-airplane related content for now.
Nothing like having your better half on your side! LOL!
My late wife was totally "all-in" on my STOL 750 and never happier than when we went flying together. She begged me constantly to take her flying - what a nice problem to have!
Keep going - you're getting there!

Good to see another "early adopter" getting back into your build, Bob! Just saw a photo from Bill Bear showing that he is back at it also. These 750s are good flying, comfortable aircraft. You will like the end product. Enjoy the journey.
your wife’s a keeper!
Somehow you gotta work "Tenacious" into your call sign! Good luck to you from here on out!!
