Let us know what do you want to wear? Zenith apparel from EAA

For the past several years we've had EAA (the Experimental Aircraft Association) supply Zenith Aircraft branded shirts, hats, and other accessories through their retail outlets at AirVenture Oshkosh and on their website. This arrangement was to make Zenith branded apparel more readily available to Zenith builders and pilots, while also providing a regular supply of new shirt and cap designs (types and colors, as well as artwork), all while letting Zenith Aircraft focus on airplane kits instead of selling shirts and hats.

EAA has decided to continue supplying Zenith Aircraft branded apparel (mainly t-shirts and hats), but they want us to let them know what shirts and hats you are interested in buying and wearing. Let us know so that we can communicate that back to EAA. We want to offer the apparel that you want to proudly wear and EAA needs to carry inventory that will fly off its shelves, so we need your input!

Please let us know your favorite Zenith Aircraft shirt: What are your fabric preferences? What are your favorite shirt colors? What about the design and logo? Would you buy polos and other collared shirts? Women designs and kid sizes? What about outerwear

Hats are another popular item. What types of hats do you want to wear? Preference with fabrics and styles?

Decals, magnets, and/or patches? Anything else you'd like to see (and buy) with the Zenith logo? Did you know that EAA currently sells Zenith Aircraft magnets and decals (below)?

What about decorative signs and other items for your workshop, office or man cave? Logo coffee cups, glasses or other items?

The idea is to offer Zenith Aircraft builders, pilots and enthusiasts with the branded Zenith apparel that they want buy and wear.

Please let us know in the comments section below your specific likes and dislikes. Also, indicate if you are willing and able to serve on an "ad hoc" advisory committee to advise us (and EAA) on desired apparel. The idea is to work on a suggested list of shirts, hats and accessories, and to suggest color and styles. We obviously can't offer everything, but we can work on a list of items that will appeal to vast majority of Zenith Aircraft builders, pilots and enthusiasts.

Some past t-shirts offered by EAA. What do you like and/or dislike about them?

Polo and Tee-shirts with just the Zenith Logo over the Left Breast. Offer both with choice of with or without a pocket. Nothing else on  the front or back. Logo over the left breast looks much more professional, serious. Offer Caps that are fitted, not velcro one size fits all.

How about open top visors with choice of high wing (701, 750) and low wing (601, 650) images.

Would be interested in polo shirt with a pocket.  Have a Cruzer.

As a 601 HDS owner, I'd like to see a low profile hat and tee shirt with a picture of the 601 type of low wing airplane on it available in different colors.  The STOL airplanes are already well represented in hats and tees but the low wing 601s not so much.  If you sell it, I will buy it.

Beige or grey button-less hats, t-shirts with pockets, polos with pockets. I agree on needing more low-wing options, gotta rep those Zodiacs. And, plenty of stickers/decals.

Pocket T shirts and polo style shirts. Also guide shirts would be nice, all with small Zenith logo over left pocket.

Ts could certainly have various model Zenith artwork on back. A boonie hat in blue or tan with Zenith logo on front would be nice for sunny days. The ball caps with Zenith logo on front following the EAA format without button would be good as well. A hooded sweatshirt with logo would be a good as well especially at events like the Zenith fall hangar days when it can get cool. Also a jacket in similar format would be nice. Mugs, signs, decals etc as others have suggested would all be good. The key is to not have lots of slow moving or unsold inventory.

The end goal of course is to advertise Zenith and showcase brand identity which is something I'm happy to do.

And no black TShirts. Never figured out why I would want to wear a hot weather piece of clothing that was made in a heat absorbing color!

I have to Agree, almost everything is for the High Wing Flyers? what about us the 601 & 650 Flyers?

Most T shirts feature STOL  aircraft.  I fly a 601 and even 650 flyers seem left out.  Hats need the button on top removed.  T shirts need a pocket for sure.
