Hello,
My name is Mr. Michael Mccarthy, I have contacted you before without any response from you. Please replied if you receive this message. I have something very important to discuss with you, I have a vital information to give you. Could you please get back to me on (mmichaelmccarthy4@gmail.com ) for full details.

Yes, I would like to compare notes on our installations. If you have your (Jabiru) alternator off, be careful putting it back on. The little roll pins precisely align the stator. A roll pin extractor/punch is very helpful. Also, the rare earth magnets are very strong, and grab the assembly as you attempt to insert it. That makes it difficult to get it together, because it ends up off center. Be careful to not chip a magnet-rare earth magnets are like ceramic, and chip easily. I was wondering what would be a good technique to align the stator as it is being inserted. Maybe thin wooden splints, like tooth picks, spaced around the stator acting as a shim, then withdrawn after the stator is in place. But I haven't tried that so it's just guess work.
I'll call you soon. My number is 502-893-1883

We are looking forward to the warm-up this weekend. We were one of the lucky ones and were only out of power for 1 day. I have just finished the tail and I pick up my wings in Mexico Mo on Feb 16. I have never done any real sheet metal work before and enjoy it. I have a lot to learn. If you get in the area you would be welcome to come by and see my project.
