Trust your engine

First time poster, had a long road to airworthiness. Just wanted to let those of you with corvair engines know that the engine is very very hearty. This picture is from the first flight after I purchased the aircraft. The 2700 CC engine was overheated to the point where it melted the heads and gaskets.
