It is a Contour+. It was late in the day heading into evening, so the light was reduced probably causing longer shutter speeds.

 

It was also recorded at 720P which is the native resolution of the camera. These cameras record at 1080P/30FPS by actually recording at 60FPS at a lower resolution and then stitching the  two frames together, which introduces interlaced tearing.

I'm guessing he is using a GoPro with a natural density filter, or he has the Contour NFlightCam which has one built in. http://sportys.com/PilotShop/product/16638

Nice video! Thanks for sharing the experience.

It's interesting to see the vibration of the nose gear when the wheel touches the runway. I have not been able to verify but based on the noise I guess my 701 does the same.
