Unfortunately, the male foam plug was destroyed as it was removed from the engine. However, it actually took three tries to get a cowl that I felt was good enough. The first attempt was fiberglass and then the mold was significantly changed before the 2nd and 3rd attempt, but I do have the second cowl that could easily be turned into a male or female mold. The ducting is very unique and require some composite layup even after the outside cowl is complete. The engine baffles have their own carbon fiber tops, so there are no baffle seals touching the cowl. The top duct feeds the cabin heat muff and the outside ducts feed the rear-mounted oil cooler. It is also tight-fitting and would probably need to be made slightly oversized to compensate for any fluctuations in alignment with other users. I plan to do plenty of flight testing to verify airflow, cooling, and suitable operation before I even consider making a reusable mold. Hopefully within the next few months I can decide whether or not to pursue it. Thank you for the compliment and interest.
