I'm guessing "Chris Heintz" ??

yup..chris heintz

incidentally it also stands for Confederation Helvetica (Switzerland) at least if you see it on the back of a car, Brings up the next question: how many aircraft are of Swiss design- I can think of Chris Heintz's designs and the pilatus but there could be more

Zenith is also scrambled "Heintz"

THAT I did not know...I always wondered where they came up with that name...
