Cert by FAA on 9-10-2009. Wing mods by Flightcrafters. Empty weight 826 lbs.
Gross 1320 lbs. Built as EAB but meets LSA requirements. WW Corvair engine. 164
cu. in. 100 hp. All Gold components. Built by WW's crew. MA3-SPA carb rebuilt by
D&G Supply on 12-14-2010. Warp Drive Prop. Icom IC-A210 radio, Garmin GTX 327 transponder,
Amer-King altitude encoder, AvMap EKP-IV gps, Grand Rapids EIS, ASI, ALT, Turn Coordinator,
Vertical compass card, Dual brakes & throttles. Electric trim pitch and roll w/ Ray Allen stick grip controls, electric flaps. I have installed Gurney strips on the flaps and it now Flys Level. Total Time 70 hrs. Needs new paint. E-mail me for more photos.

Bob, looks can be very deceiving. The photo was taken a year ago with new paint. The plane sits outside in the Florida sun. I am not a pro painter and the paint rep said it didn't need clear coat. He was wrong and the paint has gone to he!! I started to strip a part of the tail and the aircraft paint stripper didn't work so well. The sun worked much better at taking the paint off. Alan

Zenith CH601-XLB still For SALE
From all of the e-mails I have recieved it looks as thow the paint is whats holding back the sale of my plane. I have asked around and have found out that a 1 color paint job can be had in the $3500. to $10000. range. While I wouldn't put a $10000. paint job on a $38600. airplane I guess there some who would. I have picked a median dollar amount of $5000. for a paint job and I am reducing the asking price of my CH601-XLB by that much to $33600.
