Corvair Cylinder Heads

Questions- Do I need to make arrangements ahead of sending my heads to Falcon Machine?

Or just send them?  I've tried to make contact by phone and email for one month.  No returns on my phone calls or emails.

If they wont answer your calls, why would you want them to build your engine? Just wondering if customer service is on their list.
