Cowling overlap
Built a mock-up of the cowling top panels today.
The fuselage sides and top skins extend past the fire wall about 2.75"
How much should the cowling overlap this?

Russ, I'm not where I can measure but if memory serves I overlapped about 20mm. You can use other skin overlaps as a guide. Just don't get your fasteners back too far so that the firewall interferes.
