Hello while starting my rudder build everything lined up fine initially

however while drilling and clecoing i noticed that the holes toward the bottom trailing edge of the rudder where close and in some cases outside of edge distance. I followed the instructions in the photo guide , but it appears  that the duck tape was not strong enough to keep the skin pulled towards the spar. So i am not thinking of relocating some holes to keep them within edge distance

Did you follow the instruction regarding placing a spacer under the trailing edge of the rudder during construction?

Holes will line up if the rudder is correctly installed.
