I've not taken mine off yet, so take this with a grain of salt, but I can't imagine it taking less than a day's work to get them off, and another day to put them back on, so you would only want to do it for long-term storage.  My other concern would be that hammering out the spar bolts could lead to damaging the spars or egging out the spar bolt holes which would be a serious problem.

I will try to do  more research on this,I know the rv12 can be removed with ease.

I may change my mind and build a CH750,but the  650 looks a lot cooler.>>>Thanks

I just took one wing of my 601 yesterday.  I'm still building and found an issue that required the removal of 1 wing.  About 4 hours to get it off, without unhooking any wiring or plumbing and about 6 hours today to get it back on.  The next time, if required would be quicker, but just let me say that getting interference fit bolts out when you can't get to the back of them to tap them out is a huge pain.

To get the wing back in, I had to loosen the through bolt of the carry through spar.  If you didn't install the wings initially, you will need tapered pins to locate the holes to reinsert the bolds.  These can be made with a grinder, drill press, file and emery paper from hardware store 5/16 bolts.  Not that if you carry through spare was make just a touch wider than spec, get the wing back in may be a LOT easier than what I experienced today!
