Hello. I have a Zodiac 601 HDS that was built in 2000 and it does not have an artificial horizon. I am thinking about adding the Dynon D2 Pocket Panel. I found a video of Roger flying with the D2 on a Zenith 701 and he seemed to be impressed with its accuracy. Does anyone else have any experience with this unit? Thanks.

I recently placed one in my Sonex. It appears very stable and accurate even during rolls. During extreme maneuvers it will precess but will also self align after a short period of level flight.
Thanks Gary. That is the kind of info that I was looking for.
Good luck with building your 750 Cruzer.
Regards,
Damien
