I don't have any slats, but I am very interested in the results of any testing you do.

The only place I have seen any info on this is at this website.

I have no independent knowledge of this, I am just very curious.

I have a set of slats. Switched to Generators.... make an offer.

Couple questions, what is the condition of the slats and where are you located. I assume shipping will be significant and checking to see if you are near me and I could pick them up if we can make a deal.

Also how do you like the plane with the VG's vs. the slats? What do you see in cruise speed increase and what do you think the impact to your short field capabilities is?

I suggested trying the VG's to the builder when I was purchasing. He installed them with my assistance, He flew the 701 and noticed no difference...  We didn't do any extensive testing or documentation. He did an excellent job on the plane and the slats, as noted in the airworthiness documentation. I live in NW Wisconsin. The slats are still crated as when I moved her here - 4 years ago. Can send pics.
