Is the plane still for sale?

What's the current time, I presume you've been flying it since posting this ad?

Hi Alexander,

Thanks you for your interest.

I ran an ad in barnstormers a couple weeks ago with 495 hours. It may have a few more since I try to fly every weekend.

I reduced the price to 50,000 firm. You can see it on barnstormers. It is a great price. I had a few calls but have seen no cash yet.

Thanks again.

So you woudn't be interested in selling it less firewall forward I presume?

I want to put a Viking 130 in one, I have considered building my own but some of these you're able to purchase for the same if not less than the cost to actually build one. So I am keeping my eyes open.

I have over 65,000.00 but for 50 grand, you can have a spare engine.

I think the firewall forward kit plus lightweight  starter and prop was over 8 thousand.

I have had Continentals in Cubs, Champs and a 172 and I love these engines.

They are super reliable and any mechanic can work on them which is something to think about for the conditional inspection. I know a few mechanics that won't touch a Rotax or a conversion. I have well over 2500 hours on Continental engines and never had one let me down.

I'm sure the Viking is a great engine as well and will probably perform better than the 0200

You can always buy it and sell the FWF to another builder. May get 15 grand or so.

Thanks again

I will try to call you Thur. am to talk about your plane. Thanks!
